Best gels for training
Not a big fan of gels with a strong taste, and so I have stayed loyal to more than gels. They never upset my stomach or leave a weird taste in my mouth. They have held me down for a half marathon, and I will be using it for my marathon this fall.

Easiest 25g of carbs I’ve ever eaten
Goes down smooth. Very little flavor which is a positive for me because I get flavor fatigue fairly fast and I don’t want to worry about that during a hard effort.

Go-To Gel!
Maurten is my go to gel. The standard gel has little to no taste, which I prefer. The consistency is perfect as it is easy to consume and sits well in the stomach. The caffeine taste like all other caffeine gels. Consume that one toward the middle to end of your run.
