Perfect for Morning Workouts

Love this supplement. It provides just the right about of kick in the morning and helps get me going for AM crossfit workouts. Could not recommend enough! Lemon lime is my go to flavor.

Five Star results but One star mix

This is a fantastic product for long runs and endurance efforts/workouts. Not sure I get the "pre-workout tingle" feeling but it's definitely an upgraded experience from say LMNT. My two hopes for future iterations are flavors (I'm sure those will come with time) and the mixability. Even with my frother I have to pour it in VERY slowly a the water is spinning to avoid clumps. Even then I typically end up with some clumps. There has never been a time when I could dump in to a shaker bottle and not get clumps. When I need quick out the door options I grab LMNT or Liquid IV just b/c of the mixing issue. Hope they fix that!

Amazing

This stuff tastes unreal and is great for training! Currently In peak week for my first ultra, with two kids getting up early is a must to get long runs in, the sport plus gets me right!
