Awful product. Not at all what it says. Only vibrates and heats up. Should have just bought cheap ones.

I give it no stars, product didnt match to my expectations and customer service was not helpful.

Item arrived damaged. Even if it were not, it's a cheaply made, overpriced heating pad with a little vibration. I am sad i fell for the advertisement. I guess thats what happens when one is desperate for pain relief.
