2 days of use of not even getting the hang of things just warming up. The 1st day i was sweating moving my feet played with it for about 2hrs...2nd day i was throwing jabs working out a few kinks staying focused on execution and the rod snapped...just a little over $100.00 but i didn't get that in value....my experience is my experience and the lesson for me is to stay away from $100.00 boxing equipment

cool compact design want to keep coming unscrewed from its junction point and the pole is already getting weak after just a few weeks of daily use.

Sooo sick ! Especially for the summer and the crazy bipolar weather in Texas having this inside for a quick 10-15 minute drill here and there is always fun!
It is sturdy. It comes with two water weights to weigh down the base,once is sufficient to weigh down the cobra bag -so I have one as back up just in case . A solid pop when you get punching and slipping right well worth it ! 5 stars!
