It is a lot quieter than expected I use it in an upstairs apartment with no complaints. The bag is high quality and has brought back some life into my workouts. The reflex balls are alot of fun as well. I can’t recommend the spartons double end bag enough!

Like I told Dustin in an email, that double end bag is something special. I had an issue with one of the cords, I used it an hour a day for months to be fair, and he replaced it immediately. That’s how you cultivate loyalty. Thanks again Dustin.
