Magnesium Complex

I have tried two other well known brands (one created by a doctor and the other is all about optimizing) but this works the best for me. I like that I only have to take 1 capsule a day to get the benefits I am looking for.

Good Combo of Mg

I like the combination of different forms of magnesium. I mainly use it to help me with sleep so take it an hour or so before bed. I can’t say that I notice a difference, but I do just take one/night to help with affordability. I like the clean ingredients and trust this brand.

Amazing

This magnesium has been a wonderful addition to my evening. I have been sleeping so much better. The perk i didn't really expect was the calmness I feel. The packaging is wonderful too ☺️
