Now that I have the sauna it is great - the assembly instructions could be a bit better... My issue was in the lack of communication during the LONG wait from purchase to shipping. Additionally 1 of 3 boxes didn't arrive initially and the responses I received were inaccurate (and I had to track it down with the freight company). I did finally get a good POC with the company and things started to get better at the end of the 8 week timeline from order to operational.
