The Ice Brick

I love throwing these ice bricks into the pod before my garage workout. It’s enough time to cool the water down, so when I’m done with my workout, I simply get in and enjoy a nice cold dip. These are way better than messing with bags of ice or frozen bottles of water. I’m actually thinking about investing in the chiller now. I never realized how effective cold water therapy is for recovery. I’m sleeping better too.

They sent MANY of the ice blocks and they are substantial! I have enough that I can rotate them out each day and that is a huge help! They are well made and have held up well !

Excellent product and so happy that it reaches over 180 degrees as advertised. Very easy to put together and the company is very responsive when I contact them with questions. So happy o went with this company over the other options I was looking at!! 10/10
