On The Vine Barrette

I love this clip so much! It’s so so cute and comfortable to wear. I have a lot of hair and it stays in place too. There was a shop near my old college that sold clips from this brand and I bought one there once 2 ish years ago I remembered seeing more but never getting them and I wished I did so I searched and It took me a while to find this brand again but when I did I bought 2 clips right away :)

I ordered three accessories on August 26 for $92 plus $30 shipping. On September 7, before shipment or tracking, I asked to cancel. Hey Ricochet confirmed that cancellation was possible but would only offer store credit because 24 hours had passed. I explained that their return policy permits the same unused items to be returned after delivery for a refund to the original payment method, and asked them to stop the shipment. Instead, the label was created and USPS received the parcel on September 9 after my requests. Canada Post attempted delivery on September 18 with an additional $29.14 due. I had not seen a clear warning about possible import charges during checkout. Their policies created unnecessary expense: they would refund unopened items after delivery but would not refund the same order before shipment. I refused the unopened parcel. The handling was rigid and needlessly frustrating, particularly for an international customer. Buyer beware
