this tool is incredible. IMMEDIATE release and recovery. i take it to the sauna/ice bath house i go to and its worth every penny. i love a firm squeeze and the ability to also roll my muscles has been a GAME CHANGER. my wife and i are loving this. i need a 2nd one so i dont have to leave it at home.

I'm struggling little bit with it. I've lost Muscle but,still.working out 6 days/week & it seems almost 2 hard on some body parts. It did help with my neck even when didn't think it was doing anything. Still trying it out.
