Its been over a week and the product hasnt even shipped yet. Scam.

Box was destroyed, product taste bad but does work.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service experience. I placed my order on May 13th and nearly 18 days later it is still stuck in shipping status with no real resolution provided. Instead of taking accountability or offering a solution like expedited replacement shipping or a refund, I continue receiving the same generic responses over and over. No customer should have to wait this long for an order with little to no communication. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and failure to properly resolve the issue has made this a very frustrating experience. I expected much better customer service than this. And yes i am still waiting on a resposne and my order
