This was a substantial portion of Quiche and it was very flavorful. If you aren't a cheese lover you probably would not enjoy it. Every bit had lots of ham and cheese and I enjoyed it very much. I reheated it in a skillet on top of the stove and that worked out well. This is a very good item for a quick breakfast or brunch.
