I did not receive my items!! But NOT on Allure's fault

I received an email stating my package was delivered. However, I checked everywhere, and I did not find my package. :-( I'm sad because the items I ordered are great!!! They work ssoooo much for me. Just disappointed I didn't receive my package. But Allure has ALWAYS been a great company to order from. This was the first time my package wasn't received
