this is great can season the meat and store it until cooking. Then the resting bag it keeps the meat from losing any heat or moisture. love it great for carving it up too. Will buy another one if needed.

Great kit for a smoker's arsenal

From start to finish, this versatile kit is a must have for prepping, resting, cutting, transporting, and storing your smoked or grilled masterpieces. The resting blanket is a pretty good size to fit pretty much everything you smoke or grill. It's awesome at it's job and easy to clean. The mitts are very nice and easy to use when handling your hot food. Haven't tried the seasoning yet. The whole kit doesn't take up much space when not in use either. 4 stars because on first use, when prepping a whole chicken, I used mustard as a binder and that instantly stained the white cutting board. It wasn't even on there for more than 20 minutes, because after I seasoned the bird and put it in the smoker, I washed the collapsible tub/cutting board. Sad to say, but the mustard stains did not come off. Oh well, I'm still enjoying the kit! A must purchase for anyone who smokes or grills a lot.

Family Use

I bought my son in law the bundle about a year ago. Recently he grilled chicken and used it to marinate, and move the chickens out to the grill and after wiping it down took the half chickens back in and cut them up. My son so the bundle and said he needed to get himself one. I beat him to ordering one and had it delivered to his house.
