Works great for recording meetings, webinars, and classes. Love the options for method of reporting notes or highlights. I also use the desktop version without needing the pin. Time saved and money well spent!

Smart and Useful Device with a few Usability Tweaks Needed

So far, the NotePen is working quite well and has been genuinely useful. The uploads from the device to my phone are quick, and its transcription and summarizing abilities are fantastic (at least in English, which is the only language I’ve tested so far... I’ll be sure to update my feedback once I’ve tried the Spanish transcription features as well.) My only concern is that getting the device to start recording can be a bit fussy… it often takes pressing it several times in different spots before it begins. That part is often distracting (and my greatest frustration), especially when you are supposed to be listening to the speaker. But overall, I’m impressed and happy with its performance.
