It fulfils all my expectations to the fullest. It's perfect for my way to work. Very good options for storing cables and small electronics. Easy excess to the keys as well.

Absolutely amazing Backpack and the shipping time was fabulous. I originally ordered the V2.2 20L Version off of the official sympl store and was pretty disappointed. The shipping time was 3 times what was promised (18 days). And the product also was not what was promised to me. Therefore I wanted to look for alternatives and I found this. This backpack was shipped to me in 2 working days and I got exactly what I wanted. The X-Pac commuter pack was my dream backpack, but I never found one to buy, as they were always sold out. Until I came upon Mukama, where I was able to get what I wanted so bad. Everything worked perfectly and the price is also absolutely fair. I got a limited edition bag from a 3rd party store for only 50€ (70€ with express shipping) more than the original price, where I would have needed to pay at least 43€ in shipping anyway. And all of this without wating for ages and having to sit in a support thread with 36 Emails. Thanks Mukama for making this possible :)
