FitSleeps Pulse Pro

I bought two Fitsleeps Pro Premium Wrist Alarms, should have read the reviews first... terrible vibration. Got scammed on one of the "pulse pro" models, I got sent one "pro" model and one "standard" model, thought honestly they are hardly any different. I can tell you now that these wrist alarms are not worth your purchase. even my phone's default vibration system is far more probable to be felt than these. their vibrating is far too week to awaken anyone. I had bought two thinking on my partner but honestly this was I waste of money and consideration. I am most definitely getting a refund.

Update to the seller response: this is not an American USB. I don’t know what it is but it isn’t American. I reached out immediately to return it and got a generic email. No response since then. Shady practices. Do not buy. They promise easy return if you are disappointed at all and then ignore you to try to not have to process the return. Yeah. They don’t say the watch doesn’t come with its charger. You have to purchase it separately. I already paid for the pro. I’m not paying for a charger as well. I’m returning. This is shady advertising at its finest.

I like that it’s comfortable and easy to use but it hasn’t been helping to wake up like it said it would. I’m a very hard sleeper and I’ve been trying to find ways to wake up on time in the morning.
