I purchased two of these devices and couldn't wait to use them. Unfortunately they did not perform as well as I would have liked. No matter where I placed them on my wrist, or on my ankle, to no avail, they just didn't perform as well as I liked, regardless of setting multiple alarm times. Like I stated before, I purchased two devices and was given a trial period, but I haven't even had them for a week. Very disappointing, for me anyway. I need something that vibrates stronger, and these are the Pro versions. I am sending a picture of them both. A refund on both items will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Been using for about a week now and to be honest I’m very disappointed. I bought the pro model because I was led to believed it would help me wake up since I’m a heavy sleeper but so far it’s not doing what I bought it for. The vibration is weak- I even set up the alarms five minutes apart for the supposed gradual wake up system and it’s not doing much either. Especially after letting the item get a full charge. I feel like I’ve wasted my money on this product and will not be buying from them again.

I purchased this under the assumption it would outclass a cheaper $15 alternative I bought— it did not. The vibration on the watch has 3 different settings from least to most intense, which in the case of this watch, is not intense by any means.
While the charging and setup are all self-explanatory, and the design of the watch looks nice, the performance was severely underwhelming. Yes, it functions— but will it wake up a genuine deep sleeper? No.
I would be interested in reading the study design and how it was conducted to achieve the results they had, because in accordance with the results I’m personally experiencing I find the statistics difficult to believe.
If anything, bone conduction would be a more viable alternative to what these guys made (I’m sure many deep sleepers out there would gladly trade for a slight discomfort in a bone conducting vibration alarm in order to ensure they woke up).
Don’t waste your money buying this, just go with the knockoff that’ll work better.
