I think the company gave great service help great product and at the same time willing to show you teach you how to use it for good success. I’ve called a few times about a wreck. I receive in lost keys and they were very friendly willing to help and I receive my product right away. Thank you.

Keys were very easy to replace (I had the number from the side of the key) that secure the bike to the carrier.
Wish the locking pin, which secures the bike carrier to the hitch point, would have worked on a Tesla Y as it used the same key. However I had to purchase a separate hitch pin and lock so now have to carry 2 different keys!
