Convenient way to take minerals

I love the convenience of always having minerals available to me when I am not home. At home, I take the liquid Earth Minerals and when I am away from home, I keep them in my purse. They really help to decrease leg cramps, especially if I have eaten sugar (which can cause leg cramps), I take extra minerals. Thank you!
