It’s sweet with veggie undertones. My first experience drinking Gyokuro tea.
Will try some of the other Gyokuro teas in the near future.

I didn’t realize that it had small twigs/stems in it initially when I ordered it and was a little bit concerned when I opened the package… But this stuff is delicious. I love it. It is now my preferred tea so I’m ordering more!. It has a very nice subtle sweetness to it.

This tea surprised me. It holds quite a few stems. One could almost call it "Kuki-kuro" or "Gyo-kuki". Forgive me.
but it seems to me like the perfect blend between Gyokuro and Kukicha, one get's the flavor and sweetness expected of a Gyokuro tea with the minerality of a Kukicha.
An excellent choice when one wants plenty flavor but a little less caffeine.
