I've baked all of 70+ years & love the depths of this particular cinnamon! It's warm, lasting in flavor, & doesn't get overpowered or does it overpower other flavors! I love it!

Everyone Loves Great Cinnamon Flavor

New Mexican Biscochitos, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Shortbread Cookies, and all apple desserts are so much better when I use this cinnamon. Everybody notices the great flavor.
