Terrible Customer Serivce

The work it warms are great. However I purchased a coat and a pair of booties in two different sizes (total of four items - two coast, two booties). One coat fits. The other is too big. One pair of booties is perhaps slightly too small (not sure) and other is a bit big. I left messages for customer service requesting guidance if I should have the snugger boots are larger boots. I never hear back. Finally I had a vet appointment and asked my vet. Now I have one coat and one pair of booties to return and now too many days have elapsed. Now I am stuck with a coat and pair of boots that do not fit. Great product but HORRIBLE customer service. Do not buy from this company

Soft and very warm

The material will definitely keep your dogs legs warm. Make sure you use it in very cold temperature because my dog got hot fast. I have a boxer who is currently 40 pounds and I got the large size just in case she continues to grow. Her paws are not too large these seem to fit but medium may have been good for right now.
