Absolutely love this honey! It's an acquired taste. One jar for myself, the other was a gift. This Buckwheat Honey has a very rich and distinctive flavor. A little goes a long way so, I understand why it is sold in small quantities. I also note from previous purchases of this honey that it tends to "sugar up" rapidly , however does not seem to affect its flavor. Your packaging practices and shipping performance are excellent.
