Love it!

The formula works, I was having sleep issues and having trouble with the magnesium glycinate I was taking due to stomach upset.

Can’t live with out

An intergral part of my nighttime routine.

So far, so good!

Only used this product for about a week, but so far I like it. It's gentle. Doesn't knock you out. I've combined it with a stronger product for really stressful days, but less stressful days it seems to be OK on its own.
