Great Support. Good product.

The packaging, digital support, videos and post sales support has been very, very, good. I am a Jura guy but left them simply because they do not provide spare parts after two years. That to me, when you are spending $3k or more on a coffee machine is just deceptive and unacceptable. The Gaggia is not quite the same quality coffee cup but it is very, very close and at 1/3rd the price of the Jura with secondary supply of parts, I would recommend it for sure. Only had it two weeks but finally got it to the best cup it can brew

Fantastic!

It was a little rocky at first. It says it gets smarter and starts to learn your coffee and settings. That’s very true. It also likes medium roast dryer beans for the type of espresso I like. The milk carafe is fantastic! I wait 1-2 seconds before I put the glass under it. It runs water through at first. The only thing I would say is it is louder than a Jura. I went from a Jura to this Gaggia and it is different. I would say I like this better because of the carafe. The quality of coffee and espresso is great!
