Holy Cow! Or should I say Holy Pork!
I’m a huge fan of Texas style dry rub brisket. So, I saw this small family run company selling southern style ribs. N it my thing or so I thought.
Wowza These are great ribs and a great sauce. I’m going out of town for a while can’t wait to try your brisket and pork chops when I return. This is the best internet bbq I’ve bought. Congrats guys!

this little piggy was YUMMY
DELISH - would suggest the chops be air sealed separately so I can prepare them one at a time.
now I have to air fry them all at the same time - just one of me so eating four chops is IMPOSSIBLE.
