Excellent product support

My Gem dock stopped working. I called their support and we tried to get it back up and running.Over a two week effort I ordered a board and transformer but nothing was working. Wiring directions could be more clear but working as hoped so far.

After getting a $600 quote from an electrician to wire the box up, my neighbor and I wired it successfully. The directions weren't all that clear. So far it's working as I would hope for my elderly father-in-law who is fishing everyday.
