Great company. Took a spill they replaced my helmet with very little effort

The helmet itself is really nice. It is really well ventilated. It sits well on the head. Love it.
Four stars because their are two issues, both with the rentention mechanism.
One the side parts of the retention mechanism that are right above the ears, are way too low. They are so low they press into the top of your ears. I compared it to my Troy Lee Designs A3 helmet and those have a higher and have like a jog up so they don’t hit your ears. I’m looking for a way to use a velcro strap to lift them up.
The second issue is the back of the retention mechanism. There the dial to tighten/loosen. That works well. The issue is right next to the dial are these triangle-shaped parts that come to a pretty sharp point. They did into your neck. I tried go bend it up a bit because the bottom portion has no function.
5/5 for the helmet.
2/5 for the retention mechism.
These are glaring faults for such an expensive helmet.
