this is the best in the market! My daughter started buying for me over a year ago it totally helps keep me staying regular every morning!! I ran out and I tried another brand that has 7 magnesium also but I found it worked but not nearly as well so I started buying on my own and walla I am regular again!!!! I feel like this magnesium supplement helps so much with relaxation and sleep. One capsule nightly does it for me so I am on a 2 month auto ship. So glad I found this product.
