Works well and food safe
When I first opened this bottle, the sprayer wasn't really great. It would come out in a stream more than a spray, but a few weeks in and the spray is spraying now. Before I would have to spread it around with my finger. When I switch to a new bottle, I will likely keep the old sprayer so I don't have to "break it in" again. Overall enjoying the lubrication it provides and I'm happy that it is safe for my baby and myself.

Paired with the silicone inserts, I do seem to be collecting more milk when I pump! Recommended!
