Spare Veneers

I specifically called before you guys made the mold and told you guys I don’t want the front tooth popping out I wanted all of them evenly flush and make them a little more stronger thicker cuz they break so easily I use these everyday for the last two years I been using you guys you have only gotten one print correct and its annoying and stressing that I have to keep going through this look at the difference too is old and bottom is new one tooth is pooing out so much and really embarrassing to even wear something like that and also make it look like buck tooth the two front teeth are longer that the others I’ve had prints before that you guys fixed that

They asked what I liked or disliked: Well, what I REALLY DISLIKE is Pop on Veneers charging me for a new set that I didnt order, and being told I signed up for auto ship. (I didnt) Took 2 weeks to get my money back. Then, 3mos later, it happened again but I called right away as soon as i got notice from my bank that they were taking $185 from my acct. I was promised that my acct wouldn’t be charged, and “the mgr” had for sure cancelled the subscription( for the second time) that i never signed up for to begin with. Guess what? I was charged anyways, and they sent a new set of veneers!! When I finally spoke to a “manager” I was told that before they could even START a refund, that I had to send back the veneers that were currently in the mail to me!?! It will most likely be a month before I see my money back. Worst customer service ever!! Told them I’ll just dispute with my bank, and was “warned” that if I did, it would take even longer for a refund!? Do not order from these people!!

Lately when I get a new pair and place them up against even the last spares I’ve been sent there is a huge difference in the height of the lower right molar making them fit terribly. When I finally get them I need to use them so I have been taking some of the excess off to make them fit correctly. This is not my mouth creating this problem it’s poor quality control. I certainly hope they go off of my original imprints on the next pair.
