Dissolves quickly and great taste

I really like this sublingual vitamin B 12! It Dissolves quickly and has a great taste. Also, compared to other sublingual B12 vitamins I’ve had this doesn’t stain up my mouth as much. I can clean it up really quick with a rinse of water.! the price is reasonable, especially when you can take advantage of one of the sales or if you do a subscription. So far so good I’ve been using it for a month and it works great for that little energy boost in the morning, along with my MD logic creatine plus electrolytes.

I've always struggled with vitamin B deficiency. I've tried local drugstore brands, but nothing compared to the effects this supplement gives me. I'm feeling more sustained energy throughout my day. I'm from Canada and happy to find out they ship here directly!!
