Creatine

I love this Creatine. Not super gritty like other brands. Use it with their BCAA’s during my workout. I actually look forward to making this and choosing a flavored BCAA. Quenches your thirst and gives you a pop of flavor.

Creatine Believer NOW!

I just turned 53 and have a few perimenopausal symptoms. I have always been leary of taking supplements. My daughter is an Athletic Trainer and strongly encouraged me to start taking Creatine for maintaining the muscle I have as well as trying to build muscle and for my mental clarity. Since taking it, my workouts are better, I have more energy during my runs and my muscle recovery is lessened. I wish I would have started taking it sooner!

A good creatine choice with the creapure seal

This is the 2nd brand I tried and I am really new taking creatine but I enjoyed that it has no aftertaste, it mixes well, no side effects and it gives a decent boost of energy.
