Easy to drink with water, my skin does seem to look better but my main reason for taking collogen is to help maintain my joints. I could not take other collogens becaue of the flavour.

A daily ritual I love

I love Bare Glow as a drink, I have the 2 teaspoons daily in a large glass with lots of ice (about 500ml so quite diluted). I feel more hydrated after than with just water and I absolutely have noticed a difference with my skin looking more healthier, glowing and softer. I’m on my second packet.
