Focus capsules

Have used them for a week and already see improvements in my focus. Mixed with a mindful practice, I can see the benefit in my awareness and clarity of mind. Definitely recommend it.

Ordering process easy and arrived within a few days. Find capsules easy to take. Too early to give anything too specific, after only 10 days, however, I'm 'feeling' like my recall of words names, and sentence completion is far better. Still a pause, but it pops up in time for me to continue, rather than wait for and hour or so for it to pop into my head and everybody has moved on. 🥰

Focussed

I am finding my focus is no longer highly distractable. Busy schedules are simpler to manage and less complex in terms of cluttering my mind. Its a renewed enthusiasm now to think and talk more about things I love and believe rather than side thoughts that are often distractive and negative.
