Midnight Series

We first ordered the Helix Midnight. The mattress was comfortable but after a month started showing a divot in the middle. Helix offered to replace it with the next step up, the Helix Midnight Luxe at no extra charge. The Luxe seems to be built much better and has not shown any problems after 3 months. It is also comfortable. So I do recommend the Helix Midnight Luxe but I do not recommend the standard Helix Midnight. We were required to donate or dispose of the bad matress with evidence but the process was relatively easy.

Good Mattress

For years I slept on an air mattress plus four inches of memory foam and a pillow top mattress pad. The mattress developed a leak and needed replacement. Decided to try something different. I'm sleeping the same on my new Helix mattress without added memory foam, and a regular flat mattress pad.

Great Mattress for us

I researched mattresses that would be good for a couple in their late 60's, side sleepers, average weight. 5 mattresses were recommended. Top 2, all foam. Nope, been there done that. 3rd mattress, Helix Midnight, springs & foam. I looked around more & kept coming back to the Helix Midnight. . . . and we are really glad we did. Everything was easy about, ordering, delivery & set up (we recommend watching a You Tube video on how to unroll it). The price was right & the mattress is just right for us. Very comfortable if you like a true medium firmness. I would recommend this mattress to a side sleeper. We added the extra middle support to our mattress. It is a very nice feature for us.
