I dont know why but I bought it and its my favorite spoon. It’s little flat edge makes is perfect for scrambling and scooping out eggs or pan frying small amounts of veggies or meats (I cook for one) Its long as well so you don’t have to worry wbout oil splatter hitting your hand.
