Great machine for the price made in Italy

Machine is great overall however I would like the ability to have a higher amount of water added on the one touch Americano option that I use daily. Currently I need to slide my cup over to the water dispenser spout and dispense additional hot water making it a two step process. It would also be nice if it had a larger water reservoir as this needs to be refilled more than once a day and only two people are using it. Other than those two improvements my wife and I love the machine. Several key features I like is with the Americano drink option it will add pure water after ejecting the coffee puck so it will not over extract the coffee. Another is will do a true double shot of espresso with two separate grinds with a one button push. Another great feature when making milk drinks will add the frothed milk either before or after the shot of espresso in the correct sequence automatically depending on the drink selected.

Wanted a better option!

I liked everything about this machine except the milk frother portion. I didn’t feel that it gives the portion of creamy foam that I wanted. I was able to return it (for an exorbitant shipping cost). But, when you are spending the amount of money that these machines cost, you want it to do what you expect.

Simplify your mornings

This is so good i am drinking too much coffee. What i love - many options, simple interface, fits in the space most machines won't fit and easy to maintain. What i don't love - a little bit loud although it does not wake anyone else up, wish the water container was slightly bigger but that could just be that i drink too much coffee. Overall this is one of the best purchases i have made in while.
