I work with automated equipment in a machine shop and need to be able to go from lifting heavy materials to operating CNC machines and adjusting tool path NC codes throughout the day. I need to be awake and focused and hydrated all day long. I stopped drinking caffeinated sodas last year because they got too expensive and are not all that healthy. I found that the Nuun hydration products which contain a small amount of caffeine give me just the right amount of energy around mid-afternoon to help me finish up a long day on the job. I find that these products don't seem to mess up my sleep as well.

I am an avid cyclist, and take Nuun on all my rides. I find that the electrolytes really help on long rides, and the taste is great without being overwhelming.
