The Powerline PMP150 Multi-Press Rack lets you squat, press and pull a loaded barbell with total confidence — adjustable lift-offs and over-sized safety catches give you a built-in spotter, in a footprint far shorter than a full cage.
Significantly shorter than full power cages and half racks — so it fits rooms with low ceilings — yet bui

Highly recommended
The rack is perfect for me as I'm disabled from a work accident. I can use it for all of my training needs. The safety rails are great and sturdy. Excellent quality, easy to assemble and heavy frame

Very happy with the purchase
Well designed and manufactured, very strong and sturdy.
Easy to assemble (between 20 and 30 minutes)
J hooks and spotter arms are strong and able to handle heavy weights.
Position of J hooks and spotter arms are flexible to move from top to very low down. Ideal for squat, bench press, incline & decline bench presses.
4 storage posts on the sides are more than enough to store all of my weight plates.
Commercial quality at an affordable price.

I was initially only after a basic squat stand but I went with the PMP150 multi-press rack for a few reasons;
- 4 feet are much more stable than 2.
- Squat stands rarely adjust low enough for bench press so they're often useless for anything other than squats.
- Barely cost more with a Father's Day special of $350.
Mass-manufactured equipment like this often has a few advantages over smaller companies; with such large production runs, more work usually goes into the designs. Also, the value is often hard to match; if you look around, it's rare to see free delivery for gym equipment as it's usually both heavy and bulky.
Negatives;
- Build quality isn't the finest.
- The rack posts are not quite vertical, even after adjusting the crossmember to improve it somewhat.
- Had to file a bolt on the J-hook so it didn't scratch the vertical posts when inserting it.
- Had to countersink the plastic protectors a little more to stop the bolts protruding and scratching my barbell.
If you're willing to make these little adjustments, I think you'd be hard pressed to find a stronger, more versatile rack at this price range.
