Fantastic piece of equipment! Been using it to fix ankle pronation and correct ground-up structural alignment. 10/10 would repeat.

Man, let me tell you—as someone dealing with flat feet, wonky ankles, and kneecaps that like to point outward instead of forward, finding the right gear is a struggle. I picked up the SoleSteps (even at a size 14!) and this thing is a total game changer.
The best part? I don’t even have to overthink my foot placement anymore. I just hop on the platform and I’m good to go, hitting way deeper squats than usual. Sometimes I’ll just hold a squat to really build up that strength in my right knee. I still use a resistance band to keep my knees from diving inward, but my feet and ankles stay rock-solid and planted the whole time in the correct angle this device forces the feet to do which aligns the hips as well.
If you’re serious about your squat routine, this is 100% worth the investment. I even messed around with some one-legged pistol squats and honestly? I almost pulled it off, which shocked the hell out of me lol! 😆😆
