Transformational. Fun. Gets where nothing else does. I can move and find all of my weak links, my wasps' nests, and trace them out with slow rotations, hangs, snaps, twists. My body is in love. I dream about using this tool. It's challenging to give it a rest period because my body craves the freedom it's now experiencing. What a genius tool to unlock, get stronger, and increase my wingspan mobility. Using one at a time is awesome. Two makes it a party. I have a 4 & 6lb and the asymmetry is fascinating to work with but I think I'll splurge on another pair to have the weight-symmetry option. A total blast and totally recommended.
