Deluxe Starter Kit - Customizable

I'm not sure if the formula has changed since all the reviews or if it's just because I live in a humid country but the eternal bond doesn't last more than 2 days. The 2 days it does last it's comfortable and all the parts of the kit are pretty useful. The lashes are nice also but the top of the sealant wand broke off the first time I opened it and I wasn't being rough with it. Very aesthetic kit but expensive for a bond that doesn't last.

I want to preface this by saying that I like the lashes. My real issue is that it took them over a month to ship it out. They use UniUni to ship their products, which I consider to be one off the worst shipping companies around. UniUni had my package stuck on label created for 2 weeks after ordering, I reached out to Lilac St. and they said that they will not ship a replacement until 20 days have passed since the last update. I waited the 20 days and they shipped out my product. Once it arrived I was missing half of my order. At this point I crashed out, the negligence that Lilac St. showed made me never want to order from them again. Lilac St. please get a better shipping provider and pay attention to what your customers order. This was truly one of the worst experiences I’ve had from an online store

Lashes too heawy and too long. lashes fall off in few days , I want to return but my order not showing in my order history.
