i3 Paddle

The i3 is a giant step forward from the legacy Insteon switches, allowing you to dim traditional bulbs, or switch to on/off for smart bulbs without replacing the device. It looks cleaner next to non-smart switches also.

I’ve just set it up on my system and I love the new look and feel. Very nice how you integrated the option for on/off or set up as a dimmer. Slick! I have noticed I cannot get my Leviton plate to fit correctly. It’s a bit too tight. I’ll try a different brand and see how that works. Thank you

Insteon i3 switches

The i3 switches are sleek and operate great, the downside is the faceplate. I replaced all faceplates with the screwless model for the 65 switches I purchased at an additional charge that I wasn’t expecting. Yet, the new covers still cause problems with the switches as the switch is too tight, rubbing against the screwless frame causing the switch paddle to stick on. I called an electrician (additional cost) and still have half the switches in the house sticking.
