Button Coverage

So I have had my SR35 in the nude for almost 3 whole months now. This first party case seemed like a good idea to me. I like the body coverage and ease of removal to access the SD card slot. Now the coverage for the control buttons is my main issue. The spacing between the buttons is very narrow so any coverage will affect its use. The cases button area has an intended thinner layer than the rest of the case. When pressing buttons with casual pressure can press two or even three buttons at the same time. It would have been a better idea to leave this area uncovered in my opinion. The material is synthetic and with the other leather’esc options the grey option with its textile texture was the logical choice for me, as I live in a hot climate and faux leather doesn’t look well after one Phoenix summer. Swipe gestures are affected by the edges and does require some new movements with my thumb. It does feel good in the hand and does protect my player as it does live in front pocket. I may take a laser cutter to make the button area more compliant in the future. I would still recommend this case though.

Looks good and perfect fit. It would be even better if it had a loop on the back for your belt.
