Effective pillow for side and back sleepers

Overall, I like the pillow a great deal. The cooling side is very effective to start your nights sleep. I also feel the pillow is good for side and back sleepers. The reason I gave only 4 stars is because the pillow is very firm. Maybe too firm. I am a side sleeper and the firmness is benificial to keep the head and neck in a good position. However, I have awoke to my ear hurting if I lay for a long time on that side. One other thing, not necessarily a bad thing, the pillow is really heavy. It's good since it stays in place but if you want to flip the pillow around to find a cool spot again you notice the weight.

A Keeper

I struggle to find pillows that work for me. I fall asleep on my side and usually wake up on my back (sometimes still on my side). Most pillows I’ve had are too soft or too hard. This one is the Goldilocks solution for me. Have used it for over a month and it works great! Very comfortable and suits my sleeping style.

Keeps cool bare and maybe if I had a cooling pillowcase, but with my normal pillowcase on it still gets warm. Good firmness. A little “tall” for my neck. I’ve been sleeping on it for a few months now and it hasn’t flattened at all which is surprising.
