Best Sleep Ever

I have purchased these pillows for several yrs now. Three in the past 15 or more yrs. One every 5-7 yrs. I recommend these pillows 100%. For their comfort, reliability, and performance. I have had 3 three back surgeries and my pillow is the only thing that keeps me happy. I have never needed to reach out to CS as there have never been any issues with ordering my pillows. I returned this item . I was expecting a much softer pillow . The pillow was not soft, I was unable to shape it to work with my neck and head.I am looking to replace a pillow that two left at a hotel. Light, squishy and can be mushed into a ball or flatten . IM having a difficult time finding.
