Brilliant toys and customer service.

We had an excellent experience. It's not the first time we bought something from Upper Story, and as always we were very pleased with the purchase. The quality of the toys is amazing, they are very engaging and develop kids curiosity. We also had an amazing experience with customer service - one of the pieces was broken in the post, but it has been promptly and without any issues replaced.
