Like this belt, less uncomfortable when your dog pulls vs other ones ive tried. Like the zippers for keys, etc. Would like if this had a bulit in bag dispenser. I wear women's size 6-8 and got the S-M

Good but could be better

I used this daily to walk my dogs. The only thing I don't like is that if your dog pulls at anytime, it causes the front strap to pull on the pouch where I store my phone. I wonder if this will eventually bend my phone a bit. They should have ran the front strap around the back of the pouch to prevent this. Other than that, it's ok and it keeps my walks hands free

Comfy

I love the wide band on this running belt. It more evenly distributes the pull of my two dogs. Much more comfortable to run in than my old running belt. Plus the two big pockets for my phone and poo bags are great.
