Unfortunately not able to use it

Purchased because I had started having heavier bleeding than usual. I ordered a week or two before my expected period and it took longer than expected to arrive. I had started my period and ended up having menorrhagia to the point that I had to be rushed to the ER and had to have multiple blood transfusions. Meanwhile, while I was in the hospital over the course of several days, my Cora disc arrived at my home. I had been given depo, which ended up stoping my bleeding and I have to remain on it because of the bleeding risks to my life. I got home to the new package from Cora, and asked to return it, totally unopened and unused, but you don’t accept any returns, even on unused products. So now I’m out the money and something I can’t use at all. I know it’s not the fault of Cora for what happened, but no returns on even brand new, unopened items seems like a bad policy, especially when these items aren’t cheap.
